We measure  your waist of back by placing one metre ribbon everything around the bust, just under the breast. Then you begin again, but this time, by placing the metre of needlewoman at the level of your breast. For more precision, it is better to make take its measurements by someone else.
You obtain then 2 measures and you can refer to the size chart below to determine your bra size.

Make sure the bra is your size :Here are 5 ways to tell:

-      1The strap in the back must be adjusted correctly, the three hooks in the backshould help you adjust.  The bestway is to try to use the middle hook as this leaves room for any weight gain orloss.  Nevertheless, if the materialis stretchable, as a micro fiber is, you will be able to stretch it further.

-2 The sides shouldn’t fold up or pinchyou

-3 When you move, the bra should not.

The middle bra should stay securely onyour chest and back and should never ride up.  Also, the underwires should stay securely under the breast,never too far on or under it.

-4 The bra should never show when wearinga low-cut blouse or a décolleté.

-5 The straps should be well adjusted;neither too tight (raising the back and pushing the breast downwards) nor tooloose (not providing the proper support).

What if, in spite of the adjustmentsyou’ve made, you feel the bra strap moving up your back?  In this case, either choose a smallerbust size and a larger cup size…
